Coliseum, including the site at North Hollywood Boulevard. The committee will make recommendations to the city, the county, and the county's Department of Planning and Zoning. "This is one of those rare occasions when the city of Los Angeles is willing to commit to making an investment in a new stadium," says Kevin Clark, who serves as vice president of the Los Angeles County Development Corporation. County has already agreed to fund the stadium, which includes an 11,000-seat stadium and an adjacent parking lot. "We are moving forward with the stadium. We've spent about $50 million on our initial stadium project," Clark says.
