Summary
Bread, Love and Dreams (Italian: Pane, amore e fantasia) is a 1953 Italian romantic comedy film directed by Luigi Comencini. At the 4th Berlin International Film Festival it won the Silver Bear award. In 2008, the film was included on the Italian Ministry of Cultural Heritage’s 100 Italian films to be saved, a list of 100 films that "have changed the collective memory of the country between 1942 and 1978". == Plot == The film is set in Sagliena, an imaginary small town in central Italy; Marshal Antonio Carotenuto, an elderly womanizer who will have to adapt to the monotonous and quiet life of the village, is transferred here immediately after the war. Supported by the maid Caramella, the marshal runs the local Carabinieri station.

When you read this, you'll probably be thinking of the things that happened when I was in middle school, when my brother was in high school and I was in college. I will never forget any of it. That was the first time I was ever in my late teens and I don't think anyone took it very seriously. However, as time passed and I started working at WNYC, I was able to remember the first time I met someone who I met in high school and who I dated. It was a nice, friendly group of people. After that, I had some fun. I met a few people with whom I had known for years. Then, I met a guy who was a professor at a private university who was very good at how to explain to students the difference between money and life. He was also very good at explaining to students the difference between the two. I was really fortunate to have a nice mentor, who was also a very nice person to work with. Now, I have this dream that I will never forget the things I did when I was in middle school, when my brother was in high school and I was in college. But, that dream is really different
